Who screens the submissions to the gallerys?

I find it amazing how when i submit something to the gallery it is put up so fast,

now don't get me wrong, i am NOT complaining, i am just curious as to who actually looks at the submissions and allows them to go up on the site? This is just one of those stupid questions i tend to ask, i wanna know the nitty gritty and the inside out of everything.

Also, whats the contact details for the WC site, i cant find them anywhere, unless i am looking in the wrong spot...

Too often people only post when they're upset, and so rarely when they're happy.

As a kid my mother used to say that I wasn't happy unless I was miserable....so I guess that's why I never write in here to complain....seems I'm still happy even when I'm miserable/upset.

As for the mods who volunteer their time here, you all do a terrific job and thank you.
